Health Coach
Better Health Group is seeking a Health Coach to assist individuals in improving their overall health and well-being. This role involves developing personalized health plans, providing guidance and support, and empowering clients to make positive lifestyle changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' health goals, concerns, and challenges.
- Develop personalized health plans incorporating nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other relevant factors.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to help clients stay motivated and accountable.
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including proper nutrition, exercise routines, and stress-reduction techniques.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust health plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., health promotion, nutrition, psychology).
- Certification as a Health Coach from a recognized program.
- 1+ year of experience working as a Health Coach.
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their health goals.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential records.
