Leadership Development Coach/Facilitator
APi Group is seeking a Leadership Development Coach/Facilitator to provide one-on-one coaching and facilitate courses aimed at enhancing leadership skills. This role involves working closely with high-potential and senior leaders to support their personal development and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual leadership coaching within immersive development programs.
- Facilitate in-person courses on leadership, communication, and team dynamics at the New Brighton campus and North American operating companies.
- Utilize assessment tools (e.g., DISC, Values, EQi 2.0) to support personal leadership goals.
- Assist in developing and executing individualized development plans.
- Promote and deepen understanding of APi's "Building Great Leaders" purpose across the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of leadership development programs and recommend adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership development, coaching, or a related field.
- Certification in leadership coaching or related areas is preferred.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
