Client Success Coach

eMoney Advisor is seeking a Client Success Coach to enhance user product knowledge and increase adoption of the eMoney platform. This role involves delivering consultative coaching, developing scalable learning initiatives, and providing a customized onboarding experience to financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the eMoney platform, guiding users through customized onboarding programs.
• Execute agreed-upon onboarding plans, monitor progress, and adjust coaching topics as needed.
• Encourage users to complete their coaching programs to support business growth.
• Re-engage users to increase system usage and product adoption.
• Communicate proactively with users to ensure they stay on track with learning programs.
• Participate in targeted engagement initiatives aimed at improving retention through increased product adoption.
• Identify and report usability, procedural, and technical issues affecting team efficiency.
• Assist with onboarding programs for large, enterprise firms as needed.
• Maintain department documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in software training or consultancy in the FinTech industry, focusing on adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Knowledge of financial advisory services and financial terms is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.
