Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Life Coaches. In this role, you will support individuals in planning and participating in enjoyable activities both at our facility and within the community. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy activities such as games, crafts, singing, and outdoor adventures, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in planning and engaging in various activities, including volunteering, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor walks.
- Provide support for daily needs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Encourage participation and facilitate skill development through fun and interactive experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and individual progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check.

Schedule
- Full-time position with an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday.
Compensation
- Hourly wage of $16.00.
