Wellness Consultant
Oswald Companies is seeking a Wellness Consultant to oversee and implement the OsWell Health Management program for clients. This role involves strategic account management and serving as the primary client contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts to ensure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized Health Management programs.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation of Health Management Programs.
- Ensure clients utilize available carrier insurance wellness programs.
- Contribute to the design of Integrated Reporting Scorecards.
- Assist clients in establishing health and wellness approaches.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for program components and communication strategies.
- Stay informed on market trends and innovations in wellness.
- Advise clients on strategic health promotion planning.
- Contribute to the Wellness+ website with relevant health promotion content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in health management or wellness program coordination.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of current wellness market trends and innovations.
