Behavioral Health Coach
Bend Health is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Coach to provide remote, evidence-based mental health coaching for children, teens, and families. This role involves guiding members toward achieving their mental health goals through telehealth sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to motivate and assist members in meeting their mental health objectives.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers.
- Implement experimental coaching protocols and techniques.
- Participate in training on proprietary curriculum and collaborative care models.
Qualifications
- ICF Coaching Certification or National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) (Required).
- Experience working with children, teens, and adolescents; pediatric experience preferred.
- Background in mental health is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology.
- Organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
- Warm, engaging coaching style with a passion for helping youth achieve their goals.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 15-25 hours per week between 3 PM - 8 PM Pacific Time.
- Availability to work one Saturday per month.
Compensation
- $25 - $28 per hour, based on factors including education, work experience, and certifications.
