Career Coach
Osborne Association Inc. is seeking a dedicated Career Coach to support participants transitioning into the workforce. This role involves developing employment service plans, conducting outreach, screening candidates, providing case management, and facilitating workshops on job readiness and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employment service plans for participants.
- Conduct outreach to promote program services and ensure client referrals.
- Screen potential candidates for program enrollment through thorough intake interviews and assessments.
- Identify participant training interests and match them with appropriate training partners.
- Provide case management, mentoring, counseling, and coaching to participants.
- Facilitate weekly workshops on job readiness and professional development.
- Maintain confidential case records and document participant progress.
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide additional participant services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in career coaching, workforce development, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
