Career Coach
POIC & RAHS is seeking a dedicated Career Coach to support young adults (ages 18-25) in achieving their education and employment goals. This role involves participant engagement, case management, and facilitating work readiness training.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a caseload of up to 40 participants.
- Develop individualized plans to help participants achieve short and long-term goals.
- Provide mentorship and support to address barriers to employment and education.
- Document participant interactions and progress in a database daily.
- Plan and facilitate lessons on work readiness, employment, and life skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with underserved youth or young adults.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and culturally responsive curriculum.
