Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement career development programs and services.
- Provide individual career advising to business students.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate career readiness into the curriculum.
- Organize workshops and events to enhance job search skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job market trends and employer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in career services, student advising, or a related area.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of current job market trends and employer expectations.
