Business Coach
Nexstar Network is seeking a Business Coach to guide residential service companies in the plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical sectors. You'll provide coaching and training to help businesses achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one consulting to member businesses.
- Facilitate orientation, training, mentoring, and support.
- Analyze financial data and monitor member progress.
- Utilize Nexstar’s systems to guide members effectively.
- Promote Nexstar's mission of "Success through Education and Sharing."
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience in operations management, preferably in residential services.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
