Career Coach
The Moody College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin is seeking a dedicated Career Coach to provide comprehensive career advising and coaching services to students. In this role, you will support students across all communication majors, assisting with career development, resume reviews, mock interviews, and job search strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and group career coaching in person and online.
- Present career planning workshops and seminars to small and large groups.
- Collaborate with campus colleagues to enhance student career experiences.
- Participate in signature events and programs, including Career Expo, Honors Day, and Freshman/Transfer Orientation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, education, counseling, or a related field.
- Four years of experience in career services, higher education, or corporate recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
