Youth Team Coach
Climb So iLL is seeking passionate Youth Team Coaches to lead and mentor young climbers. You'll create a supportive environment that promotes skill development, teamwork, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise structured team practices.
- Ensure proper check-in of team members.
- Address and resolve behavioral issues among team members.
- Maintain accurate records of youth team members.
- Collaborate with the Program Director on team objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience, ideally in youth sports or climbing.
- Solid understanding of climbing techniques and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
Available Shifts
- Power Plant: Monday (4:00 – 8:00 p.m.), Thursday (4:00 – 8:00 p.m.), Friday (4:30 – 6:30 p.m.)
- Steel Shop: Monday (6:00 – 8:00 p.m.), Thursday (6:00 – 8:00 p.m.)
