Senior Business Coach
Amazon Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Coach to partner with Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners in the Rural, Super-Rural region of the U.S. In this role, you will support 15-30 DSP owners, guiding them through business strategy, performance metrics, and operational challenges to ensure successful last-mile package delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist DSP owners during onboarding and launch phases.
- Advise on business planning, strategy, and scaling operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Identify obstacles and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
