Private Youth Sports Coach
USA Sport Group is seeking enthusiastic Private Youth Sports Coaches to lead sports programs for children aged 4 to 14, primarily focusing on ages 10 and under at beginner to intermediate levels. Coaches will conduct sessions in various sports, including soccer, basketball, flag football, and track & field, often in private settings such as clients' backyards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver well-structured sports sessions following provided curricula.
- Adapt coaching methods to accommodate varying skill levels and last-minute changes.
- Engage and motivate young children to develop basic sports skills.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and co-workers.
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching or teaching groups of 8 or more children.
- Passion for working with young children and teaching beginner-level sports skills.
- Energetic, fun, and patient personality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, committed, and in good physical condition.
Schedule Options
- Part-time or full-time positions available (3-40 hours per week).
- Seasonal or year-round opportunities.
- Flexible hours with the ability to choose your own schedule.
- Sessions available mornings, afternoons, after-school, evenings, and weekends.
