Group Fitness Coach
Row House - UTC is seeking an enthusiastic Group Fitness Coach to lead high-energy rowing classes. In this role, you will motivate members, ensure proper form, and foster a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group fitness classes.
- Provide individualized support to members.
- Motivate participants to achieve fitness goals.
- Ensure safety and proper rowing techniques.
- Maintain a strong social media presence to boost class attendance.
Qualifications
- Passion for boutique fitness and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a high-energy demeanor.
- Group coaching experience preferred.
- Fitness certification is a plus; rowing experience not required.
