Pre - ETS Career Coach
Noble, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pre-ETS Career Coach to provide direct services to students with disabilities aged 14-22. In this role, you will offer guidance in job exploration, work-based learning, workplace readiness, self-advocacy, and post-secondary education counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and group services in alignment with WIOA regulations.
- Assist students in developing skills for successful employment transitions.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and employers to facilitate opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
