Founded in 2020 and based in the New York Metro area, CoCaptain is a rapidly growing startup driven by an innovative product, a remote workforce, and a talented team of contract Coaches. Our mission is simple: make coaching accessible and affordable for everyone. Position Overview We are seeking talented Business Coaches and Life Coaches to join our team. As a CoCaptain Coach, you’ll conduct live virtual coaching sessions through our platform, applying your unique methods to help Clients achieve their goals. Coaching Topics: Business Coaching: Professional Development Leadership & Management Role Success Life Coaching: Career Transitions Personal Growth Relationships Spirituality Wellness What You Bring: Experience: 1+ year as a Business or Life Coach and 5+ years of professional success in your field/industry. Certification: An active and accredited coaching certification (preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Skills: Excellent communication and fluency in English. Commitment: Ability to coach for a minimum of 2 hours per week. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with video conferencing and scheduling tools, along with reliable internet access (minimum 2,500 Kbps upload/download, ideally 8,000 Kbps). What We Offer: Freedom to set your session fees. Earn 80% of each booking (net of Stripe transaction fees). Work remotely on your schedule.
