Bilingual Health Coach

The Wellness Council of Arizona is dedicated to promoting health and wellness among employees of registered organizations through personalized coaching, workshops, and health assessments.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Health Coach to provide one-on-one health consultations, conduct health-related workshops, and perform health screenings and assessments for employees at their workplace locations. In this role, you will maintain positive relationships with participants to encourage continued engagement in wellness activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Health Consultations: Provide individualized health coaching sessions to employees, addressing their specific wellness goals and needs.
• Workshops: Develop and conduct health-related workshops on various topics to promote wellness education.
• Health Assessments: Perform health screenings and assessments to evaluate employee health metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Participant Engagement: Foster and maintain positive relationships with participants to encourage ongoing participation in wellness programs.
• Onsite Services: Deliver services at various employer locations, adapting to different workplace environments.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience: Previous experience in health coaching, wellness programs, or related fields preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to conduct engaging workshops and presentations.
  • Proficiency in performing health assessments and interpreting results.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various employer sites within the Phoenix area.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $23 - $27 per hour, commensurate with experience.
