Coach/Personal Trainer

Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, full-time Coaches to join our dynamic team of fitness and health experts. As a Coach at Stark, you will manage personalized programs for our Students, encompassing workout routines, nutrition and health coaching, treatment plans from our Naturopathic Doctor, and mobility plans from our Chiropractor. Our top Coaches earn over $100k annually, plus benefits, without the requirement to sell packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Develop and oversee personalized fitness and wellness programs for Students.
- Holistic Approach: Collaborate with medical and wellness professionals to implement comprehensive health plans.
- Student Engagement: Motivate and guide Students to achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay at the forefront of health, kinesiology, and fitness.
Qualifications
- Passion for Health and Fitness: A strong commitment to promoting wellness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Character and Integrity: We value good people who contribute positively to our team culture.
- Experience Levels: Both experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training is provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included.
