Executive Coach, Agile Methodology

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Agile Coach to lead our organization's Agile transformation at a strategic level. In this role, you will mentor executive leadership, embed Agile principles across the organization, and ensure alignment with business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Transformation Leadership: Oversee and guide the organization's Agile transformation at a senior and strategic level.
• Executive Coaching: Provide coaching and mentorship to executive leadership in adopting and sustaining Agile methodologies.
• Alignment with Business Outcomes: Ensure Agile practices align with expected business outcomes and promote continuous improvement.
• Agile Mindset Promotion: Foster an Agile mindset across the organization, creating an environment of continuous learning.
• Strategic Guidance: Lead and provide strategic direction to Agile coaches, ensuring consistency and standardization of approaches.
• Collateral Development: Collaborate with business units to develop frameworks, matrices, and other materials supporting Agile coaching.
• Success Metrics: Define and monitor measures of success for Agile coaching and transformation initiatives.
• Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the Agile Transformation roadmap.
• Workshop Facilitation: Create and facilitate Agile workshops to support the transformation process.
• Performance Visibility: Provide insights into team performance to enable continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 10+ years in organizational transformation, Agile coaching, and facilitation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale Agile transformations.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role, coaching and mentoring executive leadership on transformational initiatives and change management.
• Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Coaching Skills: Effective Agile coaching experience at all organizational levels.
• Implementation Experience: Proven ability to implement Agile techniques in diverse work cultures and environments.
• Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation, collaboration, leadership, training, and coaching abilities.
• Metrics Understanding: Expertise in metrics and measurements used to assess team performance.
