Leadership Coach

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program dedicated to empowering students facing systemic barriers to earn a bachelor's degree and lead a life of choice, opportunity, and power.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Leadership Coach to facilitate workshops and support high school scholars in their journey toward college enrollment. You will prepare and lead programming, track and analyze student data, and provide one-on-one coaching to ensure scholars are equipped to tackle high school challenges and the college application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Workshop Facilitation: Prepare and conduct workshops that empower scholars in high school and college readiness.
• Student Coaching: Provide individualized support to scholars, assisting them in setting and achieving academic and personal goals.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze student performance data to inform coaching strategies and interventions.
• Relationship Building: Establish trusting relationships with scholars from diverse backgrounds to effectively support their development.

Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated experience working with high school students from underserved communities.
• Skills:
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging workshops.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with students.
  • Analytical skills to assess student data and tailor support accordingly.
• Availability: Willingness to work 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends for field trips or college visits.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $27.63 - $37.38 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive health care, 401(k) matching, life insurance, paid holidays, and up to 27 discretionary time off days in the first year.
