Agile Coach Consultant

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Agile Center of Enablement (CoE). In this role, you will provide hands-on guidance, support, and coaching to Agile teams and individuals, facilitating a smooth transition to an Agile/Product mindset across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Coaching: Collaborate with the organization to support Agile/Product goals and KPIs for identified products, portfolios, and programs.
• Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor, skilled in coaching, consulting, mentoring, influencing, and challenging teams, leaders, and associates at all organizational levels to drive behavioral changes that lead to continuous improvement and increased value.
• Change Facilitation: Act as a change agent with a passion for coaching teams toward an Agile way of working.
• Assessment and Development: Evaluate Agile health and maturity to inform coaching, mentoring, and development approaches.
• Training and Workshops: Lead workshops and training sessions to educate individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Mindset Promotion: Advocate for an Agile mindset to management and stakeholders, championing the necessary changes to achieve desired business results.
• DevSecOps Support: Assist development teams in adopting DevSecOps best practices and lean architecture.
• Impediment Resolution: Demonstrate a track record of resolving impediments beyond the team environment.
• Metrics Advocacy: Promote the use of metrics and objective measures across teams.
• Tool Utilization: Ensure appropriate tools are leveraged, and enterprise practices are followed to enable consistency and metrics where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years as an Agile Coach, mentoring teams of 7-10 members in Agile practices.
  • Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Product Management and application of a product mindset.
  • Experience with JIRA software and Jira Align is essential.
• Skills:
  • Ability to articulate the business value of specific Agile practices.
  • Strong facilitation and diplomatic skills, with the ability to engage the right stakeholders to resolve impediments.
  • Experience in multiple Agile team roles.
