Position Overview
We are seeking an engaging Franchise Performance Coach (Field Manager) to provide business coaching and support for our retail centers in Florida. This home-based position requires residence in Florida, within a one-hour drive of a major airport. As a Franchise Performance Coach, you will drive franchise sales growth and increase business value through consistent, customized coaching and training with Franchise Partners. Support focuses on Expedia® Cruises® Franchise Partner Compass strategies, including Leadership & Recognition, Recruitment & Onboarding, Marketing & Promotions, Planning and Performance, and Operations and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners, including key decision-makers.
• Business Coaching: Provide tailored coaching to franchise partners to enhance sales growth and business value.
• Operational Support: Assist in creating opportunities to build customer accounts and support operational programs.
• Performance Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify business issues and develop solutions.
• Strategic Implementation: Support the implementation of company strategies and initiatives within franchise operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in business coaching, franchise operations, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable business strategies.
  • Knowledge of franchise operations and sales growth strategies.
• Location: Residence in Florida, within a one-hour drive of a major airport.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $71,000 - $113,500 per year, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including travel perks, generous time-off, parental leave, and career development resources.
• Work Environment: Hybrid work setup with flexibility and access to company offices as needed.
