Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Student Success Coach to provide comprehensive, concierge-style support to students. In this role, you will assist students from enrollment through completion, offering guidance in academic advising, career exploration, and connecting them to internal and external resources to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, assisting them in navigating their educational journey and connecting them with necessary resources.
• Academic Advising: Provide guidance on course selection, degree planning, and academic requirements to support student goals.
• Career Exploration: Assist students in identifying career paths and opportunities aligned with their skills and interests.
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously track and monitor student progress, intervening as necessary to ensure successful completion of programs.
• Resource Connection: Link students to college and community resources addressing holistic needs, including basic needs, mental health, wellness, and career preparation.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage emerging technologies to enhance communication, tracking, and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Experience in student advising, case management, or related roles within higher education.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of community college systems and student support services.
  • Knowledge of financial aid processes and relevant policies (FERPA, Title IX, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to utilize technology for student tracking and communication.
• Commitment: Passion for supporting diverse student populations and promoting educational equity.

Schedule

• Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
• Availability for extended hours and weekends as needed.

Compensation

• Salary starting from $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
