Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Performance Coach specializing in pitching to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with athletes, developing and implementing customized training programs to improve their pitching mechanics, velocity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Individualized Coaching: Design and execute personalized pitching programs tailored to each athlete's needs and goals.
• Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced technology and data analysis to assess pitching mechanics and identify areas for improvement.
• Athlete Development: Provide ongoing feedback and support to athletes, fostering their development and progression.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the coaching team to ensure a cohesive approach to athlete training and development.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in pitching mechanics and performance training.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in coaching pitchers, preferably at the collegiate or professional level.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of pitching mechanics, biomechanics, and performance training principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to athletes.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with motion capture technology and data analysis tools used in pitching assessments.
• Passion: A genuine passion for baseball and a commitment to helping athletes achieve their goals.
