Life Coach 2 - Women's Life Recovery

Nashville Rescue Mission is dedicated to offering hope and support to individuals in need. Our Women's Life Recovery program focuses on empowering women to make positive life changes through a Christ-centered approach.

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Life Coach to join our Women's Life Recovery team. In this role, you will advocate for participants, guiding them to connect or reconnect with Christ, make positive life decisions, and build healthy boundaries. This position reports to the Director of Therapy and Life Coaching and is a key member of the Life Recovery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentorship: Provide encouragement and support to participants, serving as a mentor and role model. Coach and educate on life and social skills.
• Teaching: Organize and teach core classes, lead devotions, and speak at chapel services, delivering content that is both challenging and hopeful.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a diverse team to maintain daily schedules, goals, and a positive environment. Participate in special events, activities, and staff meetings, including some weekends and holidays.
• Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts within the group through understanding conversations, promoting a harmonious environment.
• Faith Integration: Share the love of Jesus Christ, communicate the Gospel effectively, and model Christian character to participants and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in a related field.
• Licenses: Valid Driver's License; CPR Certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to teach, mentor, and lead with a Christ-centered approach.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Availability for weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $41,836.16 - $52,295.20
